There is an autonomous board that is for whole Pakistan and other students in abroad too that is for providing them with Pakistani education in abroad too. This is federal board of secondary and intermediate education that is abbreviated as FBISE, this board was formed in 1975 under the FBISE ACT 1975. Officials will declare the FBISE Board Result online through official website of Board www.fbise.edu.pk. This board is self-financing board and its main objective and function is to conduct examination for 5th, 8th, matric and intermediate examination and providing certificates to students also. 5th and 8th class examination are conducted under Punjab education commission that is PEC. Federal boards headquarter is located at H-8/4 Islamabad.

Main function of the board is to provide students with all necessary curriculum, syllabus and examination date sheet. Many students appear in examination every year jurisdiction of the federal board consist of Islamabad Capital Territory, All over Pakistan cantonments and garrison, Federally Administrated Northern Areas and overseas serving many students by providing them with education. There are many government and private schools and colleges are affiliated with the board and registration for these examination start in the month of May forms are posted to affiliated colleges and for international students forms are provided online and can be submitted online too. Federal board provides with roll number slips and date sheet to the students in the month of February same happened this year. Examinations are conducted in the month of March this happened same this year too examination started from 19th march 2025 and ended on 17th April 2025. Now many students are waiting for results these will be announced in the last of June or starting of July.
